I slept quite a bit in the car seat.
We brought Rista with us. Sometimes she helped Daddy drive.
I didn't sleep all the time, though. Mommy and Daddy would talk and sing to me to keep me entertained.
In a couple spots there were bison along the side of the road.
Just a cute close up of me.
We stopped in hotels every night.
We stopped to take pictures of a

Rista Cat often stayed in her kennel. The kennel was in the front passenger seat and either Mommy or Daddy got to sit in the back with me.
Daddy and Mommy became really good at changing my diaper in the car.
In the car seat, I would hug Mommy's hand to keep her close because she couldn't pick me up and hold me.
I liked it when I could get out of my car seat.
Rista Cat wasn't very fond of traveling. She would sit beside me, sometimes, though.
Along our route, we drove through Jasper and Banff National Parks. Mommy managed to get a picture of me with the mountains in the background, through the window shade.
There were some mountain goats along the side of the road.
We got a family portrait taken in front of a pretty waterfall in Jasper National Park. The sound of the waterfall was very soothing. I slept the entire time.
Closer picture of the waterfall.
Unfortunately all the pretty mountains in Jasper and Banff National Parks were clouded in and we couldn't see the peaks. The clouds created some unique pictures, though.
Back in the car seat again...
That car seat just gets tiring after a while.
Of course, there were toys to play with, too.
And after sleeping most of the day in the car seat, I would "sleep" at night. (I woke up every hour, just to make sure Mommy knew I was tired of traveling.)
The first person we saw when we got back to the states was Auntie Liz!
Then we stopped to see Gramama and Grampa and all the Huntington Aunts and Uncle.
Still more time in the car seat...
Then we arrived in Colorado and saw Papa Steve and Mama Lynn.
Next we stopped to see Aunt Becky and Uncle Brandon and the cousins, but Mommy didn't get any pictures except for this one with Abby!
Wyoming is a lot closer than Alaska, so hopefully we can see relatives more often. Mommy doesn't want to do a trip like that again, though, for a LONG, long time.
When we arrived at our new house, Mommy decided to start me on some baby cereal.
I can do it all by myself, Mommy!
Mmmmm! Yummy!
